lol… The dark ages are said to between the 5th and 15th centuries. On some I have said that they are set in fantasy dark ages but others were set between this period. e.g Assassins Creed was set in the third crusade (1189–1192) and Thief was set in an alternate ‘middle ages’ which are also considered to be called the dark ages…

But I take your point… I could have been more accurate in my choices or retitled the article 5 awesome games with dragons and magic!

I remember playing prince of persia on the computers when i was younger (when the graphics sucked xD). Never played anything hardcore, but I really enjoyed Uncharted 3, the new Tomb Raider by square and I also just finished the Bioshock games. Amazing worlds those.
